Our agreement for a safe, shared space.
By accessing or using Artbot, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and the child registered under your account. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the service.
Artbot is a supportive, conversational web and mobile application designed to help children (specifically ages 8 to 15) express their feelings, complete creative dares, and learn resilience through ancient wisdom stories and conversations with Ganu.
IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: Artbot is NOT therapy, medical treatment, or a clinical intervention. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, or prevent any mental health conditions. It is a space for support and reflection. If your child is in crisis or requires professional help, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services immediately.
To use Artbot, the parent or guardian must register the account, provide verifiable parental consent, and manage billing/access. Accounts may not be created by children directly. You agree to provide accurate registration information and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
We strive to keep Artbot a gentle and safe space. You agree that your child will use the service respectfully. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive, harassing, or inappropriate behavior within the application.
All materials inside Artbot—including Ganu's character, proprietary wisdom stories, custom illustrations, Indian motif designs, text, software, and brand trademarks—are owned exclusively by Artbot. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access the app for personal, non-commercial use.
Artbot and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including the outcomes of creative tasks or conversations with Ganu.
